This is a JET Model Earlewood #011 built in 1996.

From the Jet Guitars website:

"In 1998 I surveyed over 100 guitarists for their preferences in neck, electronics, top carve, etc. The results were tallied, then I added several bona fide innovations to the design. This is the result.
The Earlewood electric guitar surpasses all others in its class in sound, playability, and style. The Earlewood comes with a rich, dark red stained back standard.
These Features Are Found ONLY On JET Guitars::
1. The top wood is joined to a chambered body with a peaked shape. This gives JET guitars their characteristic rich, complex resonance. They weigh less than thick carved tops, too.
2. The 24th fret is a brass plate attached to the end of the fingerboard. This way you get 24 frets, without knocking the neck pickup out of its sweet spot. Why should you be forced to choose one or the other?
3. Direct mounted pickups are trimmed with exotic hardwood. No ugly holes showing, and better microphinic coupling.
4. Output jackplate is recessed into an angled bevel, and points upward. duh...
