As a 12-fret guitar, Savoy is both compact and places the bridge in the ‘sweet spot’ of the lower bout but also offers you full fretboard access via the unique Blackbird ‘dual’ cutaway— the back is sculpted away for access to the highest frets. This Custom Eastman 00 is based on Gibson's LG2 / B25 shape and size, but thanks to the Thermo Cured Adirondack top, premium Mahogany back and sides, and Vintage Varnish finish, we feel that tonally this guitar has a richer, fuller, and cleaner voice and is more responsive than what you would expect from the Gibson, making it a much more versatile instrument. Excellent for finger style but can handle a flat pick quite nicely, it's an amazing 00. We added Vintage Varnish finish with a slight distressed look, with subtle gold burst to jazz up the look, and premium Gotoh tuners to make sure you stay in tune.
