Taylor Guitars Cocobolo GA-LTD 2011 Fall Limited Grand Auditorium Acoustic Electric
One of the heaviest, densest rosewoods around, Cocobolo yields a bright, articulate voice. For this Cocobolo/Sitka Spruce offering, Cocobolo was also incorporated visually into the inlays on the front of the guitars. A band of cocobolo trim traces the top, while the rosette motif features cocobolo as an S-curve that contrasts with buttery boxwood, a slow-growing wood with a density comparable to ebony. Boxwood was also used for a new Split Diamond fretboard inlay, which visually references the rosette's S-curve. Other wood-rich appointments include a cocobolo backstrap and figured maple binding. Tonally, Cocobolo's density translates into a beautifully clear, bell-like tone, with a piano-like quality to the low notes. Learn More$0.00Out of stock

Martin 000C-10E Road Series Acoustic-electric Guitar - Natural Satin Sapele #58496
This solid wood Auditorium model is an affordable workhorse with tone for days. The acoustic-electric 000C-10E features a sapele body paired with a select hardwood neck, fingerboard, and bridge. Its popular 000 body size delivers both comfort and volume with a balanced tone across all six strings, perfect for strumming chords and fingerpicking. It’s a smaller, full-sized Martin that still packs a punch. Sapele is a wood that’s similar in appearance and tone to the genuine mahogany found on our higher-end models, providing a powerful midrange, great punch, and bright and airy trebles. This guitar gives you all the playability and tone of a solid wood Martin in an understated, no-frills package that’s ready to play right out of the box. Not only does the 000C-10E sound great unplugged, but the Fishman® Matrix VT Enhance electronics give you the option to plug in at home, on stage, and in the studio with onboard volume, tone, and blend controls. Huss & Dalton Crossroads 14-Fret Mahogany Spruce 00 With K&K Mini and Case
This is a pre-onwed Huss & Dalton Crossroads 14-fret in excellent condition - Think of the Crossroads guitar as a smaller DS Crossroads. The tonal balance is similar, and its volume doesn't suffer much from being caged in a smaller body. You may find that the Crossroads makes a more convenient traveling companion than its DS Crossroads big brother. The Crossroads comes standard in Sitka/mahogany, with the dark sunburst and unpurfled crème binding present a no-frills look, perfect for the unpretentious player who prefers to let the music attract the attention. The Crossroads is also a shade deeper in the body than the 0, 00, and 000 series, creating a guitar with perhaps a bit bassier presence. Light gauge strings can bring out the best of the lightly braced top, though the Crossroads can handle mediums Learn More$0.00Out of stock

Silver Street Taxi Electric Travel Guitar
Silver Street, Inc. was incorporated in June 1979, started by Bruce and Craig Hardy. Apparantly it was named after the street where Bruce Hardy lived at the time. Bruce Hardy designed the Taxi Guitar in 1981 featuring a full scale, and shipped with a gig bag that allowed it to be transported in a NY City taxi. The Taxi's innovative design was the subject of a U.S. patent application filed in 1981, granted in 1983. Five prototypes were built by legendary luthier Richard Schneider, who was a Gibson guitar consultant at the time. Production of solid-body guitars started in 1983, and ended by 1986. A bit of history about the Taxi model. The first guitar made for Tommy Shaw was in "Pepto Bismol" Pink, and later a Tommy Shaw model ws built. Guitar who played the Taxi include Paul Warren fomr Prism, Mike Reno from Loverboy, Michael Stanley, Chris Hayes of Huey Lewis and the News, Craig Chaquico of Jefferson Starship, and Rick Springfield who bought three and actually used one on an MTV video. Martin D-28 Authentic 1937 VTS With Custom Geib Style Case #21392
Perhaps the most revered vintage D-28s are the ones created in 1937 with forward shifted hand-scalloped X-bracing, Adirondack red spruce soundboard and a 1 3/4" neck width. This addition to the Authentic series is a recreation of the original 1937 model offered with Madagascar rosewood back and sides. Martin’s new Vintage Tone System (VTS) is employed for the top and braces. The new Martin Vintage Tone System (VTS) uses a unique recipe that is based on the historic torrefaction system. The VTS acts much like a time machine in which Martin can target certain time periods and age the top/braces to that era. This focused method allows Martin’s craftsmen and women to recreate not only the pleasing visual aesthetics of a vintage guitar, but also reproduce the special tones previously reserved for vintage instruments Learn More$0.00Out of stock
