Martin 00-28 Modern Deluxe Rosewood Torrified Spruce Concert Model #57832

The 00-28 Modern Deluxe is a new take on Martin Vintage. This guitar is packed with custom features and modern technology that you have to see, feel, and hear for yourself. 4. Gibson SG Vintage 1965 / 1967
    Sold

    Gibson SG Vintage 1965 / 1967

When Gibson revamped the Les Paul Standard of 1958-’60 into the Les Paul/SG of 1961 (later simply SG Standard), it introduced a wealth of features that continue to appeal to a wide range of players, long after the reintroduction of the single-cutaway model that it was intended to supercede, many of which are shared by today’s SG Special and SG Standard. The solid mahogany body was thinner and lighter than any solidbody Gibson had produced before, and it still provided a wealth of rich, warm, woody resonance, but with a little extra snap and zing to the tone — all without the back ache Learn More

Taylor Steven Curtis Chapman Signature Model - SCCSM

Designed with one of contemporary Christian music's most prolific and celebrated artists, the Steven Curtis Chapman Signature Model (SCCSM) is based on the Grand Auditorium 714 that has long been Chapman's favorite acoustic guitar for recording and performance. The guitar features Indian rosewood back and sides, a tobacco sunburst cedar top, and Indian rosewood binding. The fretboard and headstock inlay designs honor Chapman's daughter Maria, who passed away in 2008 at the age of 5. Both inlays are recreations of Marias drawings. The headstock inlay is a flower with a single petal colored in blue, while the fretboard design features a mother-of-pearl butterfly in at the 12th fret, accompanied by the word "SEE" in Maria's handwriting. Pearl fret marker dots are aligned along the bass side. Other features include an abalone rosette, abalone-dotted bridge pins, and Taylor Expression System electronics. It is designed to make such a rare and labor-intensive feature more available to guitar enthusiasts, with the proof in the distinctive look and sound. The process itself, features six distinct steps starting with a basecoat application to fill the grain, then moving to color application, and concluding with a French polish. Ultimately, three or four coats of material are applied and sanded thin. The result is softer than lacquer, creating a smoother tone. Learn More
