Pre-OwnedVintage Bryant Trenier Brodway 17" Archtop #1057
Trenier Broway 17" Archtop From the builder: Once the design of the 16” guitar was worked out by the Gibson company in the late 1920‘s and expanded on by John D’Angelico shortly thereafter, a tone was achieved. It was a tone that was full, balanced, and powerful. This is a design worth exploring by any contemporary maker of guitars - parallel bracing, narrow f-holes closely spaced, eastern maple and adirondack spruce make for a shouty, robust tone, as fit for 4-to-the-bar comping as for Carl Kress-style chord melody. To my ear, the perfect blend of power and beauty. Learn More -

SoldG&L SB-1 Bass Swamp Ash Body Premier Blonde Translucent Finish
When Leo Fender launched the G&L SB-1 bass in 1982, he packed his latest innovations in pickup and bridge design into a straightforward, hard-working bass. At that time the SB-1 had an MFD single coil pickup and no pickguard, which was a departure from the classic single-pickup passive bass. By 1985, however, the SB-1 had taken the form it has today, with an MFD split-coil humbucking pickup and pickguard. In some way, the SB-1 set the stage for several G&L models to come: Leo took a a classic design and applied his core improvements, in this case, the MFD pickup and Saddle Lock bridge Learn More$0.00Out of stock

SoldSanta Cruz H13 2017 #627
2017 Santa Cruz H13. What’s up with thirteen frets? The historical precedent for this classic shape was the Gibson ‘Nick Lucas Special’ from the 1920’s and ’30’s, the one Bob Dylan holds in early photos. The “H” designation is an acknowledgment to the guardian of the lore of all things vintage and stringed, Maestro Paul Hostetter, who commissioned SCGC to build the prototype in 1978. In spite of the question of whether the historic 13 frets to the body had any basis in acoustic science, our reason for using it does. SCGC’s concept for the H-13 is to achieve power beyond what would be expected in a small-bodied guitar. Two fundamental lutherie tricks make this possible: a longer string length (more downward pressure at the saddle) and more air space via a deeper body (increased volume and bass response). To place the bridge in the optimal position for power and maintain the longer string length, the neck needs to join the body at the 13th fret. Cool, huh? This is a gorgeous classic with power and presence expected from a much larger instrument. Perfect for aggressive fingerstyle blues and vocal accompaniment, the H-13 feels really sweet to hold. SoldHuss & Dalton Crossroads 14-Fret Mahogany Spruce 00 With K&K Mini and Case
This is a pre-onwed Huss & Dalton Crossroads 14-fret in excellent condition - Think of the Crossroads guitar as a smaller DS Crossroads. The tonal balance is similar, and its volume doesn't suffer much from being caged in a smaller body. You may find that the Crossroads makes a more convenient traveling companion than its DS Crossroads big brother. The Crossroads comes standard in Sitka/mahogany, with the dark sunburst and unpurfled crème binding present a no-frills look, perfect for the unpretentious player who prefers to let the music attract the attention. The Crossroads is also a shade deeper in the body than the 0, 00, and 000 series, creating a guitar with perhaps a bit bassier presence. Light gauge strings can bring out the best of the lightly braced top, though the Crossroads can handle mediums Learn More$0.00Out of stock
