The Laney LA30D is a compact acoustic combo amplifier that is packed for performance and designed specifically for acoustic instruments such as acoustic-electric guitars. LA30D’s two independent input channels both offer the choice of balanced XLR or unbalanced 1/4” inputs and both can have digital reverb assigned to them as required. This flexibility allows for connection of a mic and instrument, two different acoustic instruments, or even a blend of separate mic and pickup connections from the same instrument. The main instrument channel features a 3-band EQ for customizable tone sculpting plus a Shape switch – this provides a great sounding “go to” setting from a single button press. A pre-selected chorus setting can also be added with a simple switch. We based this Custom Shop Martin on the discontinued Vintage series 000-28VS but changed the neck to modified low oval with 1-3/4" nut and 2-1/4" saddle spacing which translates to a more versatile and more playable acoustic for most folks.
