This Custom Eastman 00 is based on Gibson's LG2 / B25 shape and size, but thanks to the Thermo Cured Adirondack top, premium Mahogany back and sides, and Vintage Varnish finish, we feel that tonally this guitar has a richer, fuller, and cleaner voice and is more responsive than what you would expect from the Gibson, making it a much more versatile instrument. Excellent for finger style but can handle a flat pick quite nicely, it's an amazing 00. We added Vintage Varnish finish with a slight distressed look, with subtle gold burst to jazz up the look, and premium Gotoh tuners to make sure you stay in tune. We based this Custom Shop Martin on the discontinued Vintage series 0-28VS and we've been ordering it for LA Guitar Sales ever since that model was dropped. We changed the neck to modified low oval with 1-3/4" nut and 2-1/4" saddle spacing which translates to a more versatile and more playable acoustic for most folks.
