DJR-10E Bass Martin Junior Series instruments are slightly smaller than our full-sized instruments, but you won’t have to sacrifice tone or volume, and you’ll gain plenty of comfort and portability. This Martin DJR-10E acoustic-electric bass is ideal if you love to write and practice on an unplugged bass but also need the option to plug it in to record or play live with your band. It includes a spruce top and sapele back and sides to deliver thumping Martin bass tones, whether you are unplugged or using the built-in Fishman® electronics. D-X2E Mahogany The remastered X Series is made to play. The acoustic-electric D-X2E features the iconic Dreadnought body shape, now available in three eye-catching high-pressure laminate (HPL) patterns—mahogany, Brazilian rosewood, or ziricote. The satin spruce top features an elegant abalone pattern rosette, while HPL back and sides give you durability and classic Martin style. Playability enhancements include a thinner fingerboard with a gently beveled comfort edge and refined string spacing, and a modernized bridge contour for a smooth and comfortable playing experience. Its signature size is loud and projective with strong bass, lending itself to any genre and experience level. The D-X2E also features a select hardwood neck, fingerboard, and bridge, and Martin E-1 electronics with a built-in chromatic tuner and volume, tone, and phase controls, letting you plug in and play at any volume. The vintage appointments include a Sitka spruce VINTAGE TONE SYSTEM® (VTS) top, a dovetail neck joint, and natural protein glue construction, giving it the rich, fully aged Martin tone that has inspired generations.
