  2. RainSong N-JM3100 Nashville Series 12-String Jumbo No Electronics #215
    New

RainSong N-JM3100 Nashville Series 12-String Jumbo No Electronics #215

Please note that Rainsong has closed it's doors so once the current stock sells out we will not have any more new Rainsongs available. RainSong Graphite Guitars, the premier builder of Carbon/Graphite acoustic guitars, is excited to introduce Vintage and Nashville featuring the new Soundboard Fusion Technology (SFT). To combine the stability and robustness of carbon fiber with the traditional aesthetics of wood, RainSong has developed SFT: Soundboard Fusion Technology. After careful experimentation, we are able to fuse a thin spruce soundboard and a unidirectional pre-impregnated carbon in a single molding step. The resulting SFT soundboard is a composite matrix that resonates as a single unit, like a solid wood soundboard. The physical properties of the carbon fiber far exceed those of the thin wood. Hence the SFT soundboard maintains the imperviousness to humidity and temperature of carbon fiber. An SFT soundboard delivers rich carbon sound colored by wood. Perfect for those looking for a bulletproof guitar with tone that stays as close to their wood guitar as possible. There is no better stage than a 12-string to appreciate the qualities of all-graphite construction and Projection Tuned Layering. Rich, loud, clear and balanced, the All-Carbon sound is only heightened and made more intense by the complex tones, overtones and sympathetic overtones specific to a 12-string. The stability and strength of carbon-fiber compared to wood is very high. As a result, RainSong is able to set its twelve string action low and to design its neck to be thin, comfortable and easy-to-play without fear of structural failure due to the increased tension of six extra strings.

  3. Taylor GTE Grand Theater ES Electronics #81013 New Old Stock Sale!
    New

Taylor GTE Grand Theater ES Electronics #81013 New Old Stock Sale!

Please note that New Old Stock guitars come with full factory warranty and have never been on display. An exciting new entry into the world of acoustic-electric guitars, the GTe Urban Ash debuts a new body shape that’s sure to inspire players of all skill levels with its compact frame, accommodating feel, and robust acoustic voice. The GT (Grand Theater) features a scaled-down body that echoes the jumbo curves of our Grand Orchestra shape, with its dimensions reduced to create a remarkably approachable feel. The innovation extends to the GT’s interior architecture, built on a new asymmetrical bracing design called C-Class bracing. This new sonic structure brings the tonal benefits of V-Class bracing to the smaller GT body shape, producing more volume and longer sustain while also bolstering the GT’s bass response to surprising levels of low-end power from a smaller guitar. This model takes its name from the solid Urban Ash that composes its back and sides, which serve up a rich, shimmering midrange accented by pristine highs. Visually, the GT is appointed with modest details such as a three-ring koa rosette and Pinnacle inlays in Italian acrylic, preserving its accessible price point and clean aesthetic. A super-thin, water-based matte finish, paired with an Urban Sienna stain for the back and sides, reflects a dusky, alluring visual character, preserving the wood’s visual texture and allowing the player to feel the grain through the finish. Onboard ES2 electronics provide quick plug-and-play functionality when you need amplified sound. This model includes a sturdy, lightweight AeroCase™ for easy, safe transport. Learn More

  6. RainSong APSE Al Petteway Special Edition CO-OM1000NS 12-Fret #697
    New

RainSong APSE Al Petteway Special Edition CO-OM1000NS 12-Fret #697

Please note that Rainsong has closed it's doors so once the current stock sells out we will not have any more new Rainsongs available. For his Signature model Al Peteway chose the OM size body for it's the perfect size for solo fingerstyle players. The frequency response is more evenly balanced across the strings and the high strings have a sweetness that doesn't happen with a bigger guitar. It's much easier to mix in an ensemble or duet setting as well. Since I play with my wife Amy White much of the time, we like to set up her guitar to produce the big bass bottom while I fill in more of the mids and highs. It makes for a much cleaner sound. Taylor GT 811 Grand Theater New Old Stock Sale #21027

Please note that New Old Stock guitars come with full factory warranty and have never been on display. One of the first GT guitars to be released in the context of an existing series, the GT 811 blends the dazzling sparkle and warmth of Indian rosewood with the unmatched playability of the GT’s comfortably compact frame. With its shorter body and scale length, the GT’s proportions are smaller than the Grand Concert but larger than the GS Mini, finding a sweet spot where comfort meets rich, solid-wood tone. The superstar tonewood pairing of Indian rosewood back and sides with a Sitka spruce top delivers all the clarity and balance you’d expect from a full-size rosewood guitar, while its smaller footprint and shorter scale (24-⅛”) provide a slinkier feel that makes complex chords or arpeggio formations easier to hold.
