  1. Eastman D'Ambrosio SC '54 Butterscotch #24028
    New

    Eastman D'Ambrosio SC '54 Butterscotch #24028

Fusing old-world craftsmanship and modular versatility D’Ambrosio Series guitars feature the luthier’s patented FullerTone Neck design—a new, patented long-tenon, two-bolt, neck-to-body connection, which may well redefine the industry standard for stability, sustain, and overall tone in an electric guitar. Each D’Ambrosio Series SC (single-cutaway) electric guitar body sports a graceful geometry that cradles the FullerTone Neck. Secured by just two machine-threaded screws, Otto D’Ambrosio’s FullerTone neck design creates three times more neck-to-body contact than a traditional bolt-on neck, resulting in unhindered resonance transfer that rivals the sustain and stability of a set-neck guitar. 2. Eastman DT30D Rosewood Spruce Double Top Series Dreadnought Model #50129
    New

Eastman DT30D Rosewood Spruce Double Top Series Dreadnought Model #50129

Eastman's Double Top Series feature an innovative take on the classic flat top design. With a unique modification to their top tonewoods, these guitars are more resonant, responsive, and feature better note clarity and balance. The Double Top models feature a pair of one-millimetre-thin spruce slices that are adjoined by Nomex. The latter is a honeycomb-like resinous substance – patented by DuPont – that was originally designed for use in the aerospace industry. It functions as a rigid wall between the two spruce pieces, adding on layers of density and depth. Yet, the added density does not compromise the guitars’ lightness and sonic range. They are designed to respond to all types of vibrations and can handle a variety of styles, ranging from intricate solo picking to larger band setups. Learn More

    Sold

Martin D-28 Authentic 1937 VTS With Custom Geib Style Case #21392

Perhaps the most revered vintage D-28s are the ones created in 1937 with forward shifted hand-scalloped X-bracing, Adirondack red spruce soundboard and a 1 3/4" neck width. This addition to the Authentic series is a recreation of the original 1937 model offered with Madagascar rosewood back and sides. Martin’s new Vintage Tone System (VTS) is employed for the top and braces. The new Martin Vintage Tone System (VTS) uses a unique recipe that is based on the historic torrefaction system. The VTS acts much like a time machine in which Martin can target certain time periods and age the top/braces to that era. This focused method allows Martin’s craftsmen and women to recreate not only the pleasing visual aesthetics of a vintage guitar, but also reproduce the special tones previously reserved for vintage instruments Learn More

FullerTone Neck
MORE TONE, More Sustain, More Stability At the heart of D’Ambrosio Series design lies a beautiful innovation: the FullerTone neck. Envisioned and brought to life by master luthier and head of design, Otto D'Ambrosio, this completely new long-tenon, 2 bolt, neck to body connection redefines industry standard. The body-to-neck joint is the most important connection on a guitar. It acts as a bridge of energy; transferring resonance, sustain and tone while providing stability to the guitar. The FullerTone neck fulfills this ambition, securing unprecedented three-times greater neck-to-body contact for unhindered resonance transfer. The gracious body geometry cradles the neck in perfect harmonious position, secured by two machine-threaded screws locked into steel anchors embedded in the neck. The complete design is a fusion of old-world craftsmanship and modular versatility—the first bolt-on neck tuned to rival the sustain and stability of a set-neck guitar. With the Fullertone neck, Otto’s vision for a guitar with seamless tonal continuity, from headstock to bridge, is fully realized; maximizing its tonal potential. We call it T.S.S: More Tone. More Sustain. More Stability. Beautiful Tonewoods Tell Stunning Stories Swamp Ash and wildfire-burned Phoenix Pine serves as the heart of D’Ambrosio Series. Gurian 3H-S3R With K&K Mini Pickup

This is a 1980 Gurian 3H-S3R. Gurian Guitars was a manufacturer of high quality acoustic guitars based in New York City, then Hinsdale, New Hampshire and finally West Swanzey, New Hampshire, from the 1960s to 1981. The guitars were designed by luthier Michael Gurian who also supervised production. The company was one of the earliest "boutique" guitar brands in the United States, offering an alternative product to those of the larger, factory-based makers of the day, with instruments characterized by a distinctive shape, features and sound. The S3R is a mid-sized instrument with plenty of power, brilliance and sustain. This size is quite versatile, an excellent choice for solo or accompaniment. The Size 3 model has become a favorite for recording work thanks to it's balanced tone. The 3H was a higher grade version of the standard S3R featuring 3-piece back, herringbone inlay on the top, back and sides gold plated Schaller tuners. Specs are as follows: Top Wood: Sitka spruce Back and sides: East Indian Rosewood Binding: Maple Rosette: Herrinbone OAL Length: 41" Body length: 19.5" Upper bout: 12" Waist: 10.5" Lower bout: 15.25" Maximum depth: 4" Scale: 25.7" Nut width: 1 19/32" Saddle Spacing: 2.25" Electronics: K&K Mini Condition is excellent with a few handling marks here and there but no issues to mention.
