We understand the online shopper so we take detailed, high quality photographs of all our pre-owned guitars and will answer any question you may have in a timely fashion. We also offer a full 72 hour inspection period so you are never stuck. If there is a problem with the pre-owned guitar you purchased from us, just send it back in the same condition you received it within 72 hours and we will refund you the purchase price minus shipping fees. After 72 hours the purchase will be considered final.
Please understand that we cannot guarantee the sound or feel of any instrument as these things are subjective, so guitars may not be returned for these reasons alone.
