Breedlove
We are now one of the few Breedlove Distinctive dealers which means we have access to the best that they have to offer. We will be making a trip to the factory this year to see how we can best serve you. Keep an eye on our Breedlove section for the latest.
Eastman Guitars and Mandolins
We have been quite pleased with the amazing guitars Eastman has been sending us including the E15SS, and E10SS customs they built for us. This year they have a new 00 that will be sure to please. Keep an eye on our Eastman section for regular inventory updates.
Taylor
2013 saw an amazing selection of custom Taylor BTO go through our store and 2014 will not be any different. As in years past we plan to make several trips to the factory to hand select wood sets for our customs and to see what the boys in El Cajon are up to. Speaking of which, it seems the new head of their design team, Andy Powers has been quite busy this year. Just look at our Taylor section and you will see the new revoiced 800 series guitars just introduced. This year marks Taylor's 40th Anniversary and I'm sure they will have some surprises, stay tuned.
Martin
2013 was a huge year for us with Martin so the good folks in Nazareth convinced us to take some time off and visit the factory. Our two day visit was extremely thorough and quite educational. After visiting with the Custom Shop we hand picked some amazing sets of Madagascar and Adirondack for our 42 series Hide Glue guitars which are now listed on our Custom Martin section. We also just got in our 00-21 Customs which are based on the hugely popular OM-21. You definitely want to keep an eye on the Martin section in 2014.
RainSong
Once again we were Rainsongs biggest dealer for 2013 and you can bet we will not slow down in 2014. Last years big news was the Parlor, a model we have been pushing for for years, and as I suspected it would be, it was/is a huge success. For 2014 Rainsong will continue to push the envelope by making some tweaks to exisiting models and bringing out a new offset soundhole model, an FT finish Parlor, and a Nylon string Parlor. Stay tunes for updates which will be posted here in the Rainsong section and on our Facebook page.
Pre-owned guitars
As most of you know we built LA Guitar Sales on used guitars and we have not forgotten our roots. We will continue to offer top dollar for trade ins and make sure there is no better place to consign your guitars so expect to see some amazing pre owned guitars in our used section.
