Description: This is a USA made 2009 Ovation 1777 LX Legend in the now discontinued transparent burgundy finish.

This model features outstanding action and playability and a full, rich tone. In response to popular demand, Ovation re-created the original warm-toned 1968 pickup and the OP-Pro preamp. That combined with the new scalloped X-bracing on the AA-grade solid Sitka spruce top, allows this guitar to produces a rounder, more wide-open tone. A new 5-piece lightweight neck with dual-function truss rod is topped with a genuine ebony fretboard, in addition dual clamp heel and graphite neck stabilizers make the 1777 LX Legend the most stable Ovation ever. The all new Lyrachord back material formula is 33% lighter which transaltes to an even more responsive guitar.
