Received my Gibson J-45 Rosewood last week. It's fantastic. It's exactly as described and better than I expected.

As for your service, attentive, friendly, prompt and the shipping was very fast to the UK, landed on my doorstep in 3 days - fabulous!

The small added touch of an 8 year old guitar arriving with brand new strings on made all the difference. It meant I could get on with playing it as soon as I took it out of the case without having to mess around changing strings. Its the little details like that that count and I think that's where you win over other vendor's I've bought from.
