Gibson L6-S Midnight Special: Price: Sold Used/New: Used     Condition: Excellent Description: This is a somewhat rare, mid 70’s L6-S Midnight Special with Fender Strat style bolt-on neck, and strings through the body design. It has Bill Lawrence designed pickups, one volume, one tone control, and a 3 position selector switch. The natural finish shows off the most amazing Curly Maple we have ever seen on a guitar under four grand. This guitar is in excellent shape. All electronics work perfectly and everything appears to be original including the case. If we based this guitars value on sound, feel, and “coolness factor”, the asking price would have to be twice what we are asking. Yes, we really like it.
