Larrivee P09 FM Flamed Maple Parlor: Price: Sold Used/New: Used     Condition: Excellent Description: This is a current production custom shop Larrivee Parlor made in their state of the art California shop. For those of you that are not familiar with this model, it is a 3/4 size guitar but it is not a travel guitar, it is a true parlor model featuring forward shifted X-bracing, hand fitted dovetail neck joint, all solid wood construction with Spruce soundboard, amazing Flamed Maple back and sides, one-piece Mahogany neck bound with Ivoroid, the fretboard and bridge are rich Ebony, and the body is bound with gorgeous Flamed Maple. The scale is 24" and the nut width is 1-3/4" so its an easy guitar to play, and perfectly suited for finger style, although it handles a flat pick quite well. These new Parlors from Larrivee are works of art, with incredible attention to detail, and adorned with abalone rosette, and gorgeous high gloss finish. This guitar is in mint condition and comes with original Larrivee arch-top hard-shell case shown. Current retail price of of a new one is $1800.
