This model is a finger style players dream and has a very loyal following. With its lightly built body, scalloped braces, and low profile neck, it is one of the most responsive and easy to play guitars Martin builds. This guitar is in excellent condition with the only issue being a repaired ding at the lower bout. (see close-up insert) This one was made in 2004 and is one of the last ones with a one-piece Mahogany neck without those unsightly wings Martin is using on current models. If you want a one piece Mahogany neck from Martin today be prepared to spend an extra $400. In addition this one has been professionally fitted with a K&K Pure Western passive under saddle pickup.
