Dobro Hound Dog OMI Vintage 1991: Price: Sold Used/New: Used     Condition: Excellent Description: This is a vintage 1991 OMI Dobro Hound Dog made before Gibson purchased the Dobro name. This guitar features classic spider bridge, Maple body with awesome mocha burst finish, one piece Maple neck, and rare Maple fretboard. Scale is 24.5”, and the nut width is 1-7/8”. Gibson stopped making Dobro’s a few years ago including the Hound Dog series which they now import from China. Although I’m sure those Chinese Hound Dogs are fine, we still prefer the good old US made versions like this one. Comes with original hardhsell case shown.
