Guild D55 Vintage 1997: Price: Sold Used/New: Used     Condition: Excellent Description: This is a 1997 Guild D55 made in Guild’s Westerly Rhode Island factory. The flgship of Guild acoustic guitars, this model features fully bound select Rosewood back and sides, Mahogany neck, Spruce soundboard, Ebony fretboard and bridge, and Grover tuners. Scale is 25.6in and the nut width is 1-11/16in. This guitar has just had a complete setup so it will need nothing. Action is medium/low with straight neck and no fret buzz. This guitar came from the factory with a pickup which has now been updated with state-of-the-art L R Baggs Dual Source pickup system. The original pickup can be restored by a collector if desired. Comes with original Guild case shown.
