Ibanez GB10 George Benson Vintage 1981: Price: Sold Used/New: Used     Condition: Very Good Description: This is a vintage 1981 Ibanez George Benson Model GB10 with blonde finish just like the one George Benson used on the Weekend in LA album. This model was designed with a lot of input by George Benson. Features include a single cutaway, a smaller-sized hollow-body with specially designed hum-bucking floating pickups, and thicker carved Spruce top to reject feedback, a dense ebony bridge for that pure, bright jazz tone and increased presence, and a die-cast bridge that allows separate tension adjustment of treble and bass strings. Condition is excellent with no structural issues at all and it is all original except for the pick guard which on these models tended to deteriorate, and one of the tuners is a replacement from the same period. All electronics work as they should, and frets are excellent. Comes with hard case shown.
