As many of you know, L A Guitar Sales opened a few years ago specializing in pre-owned guitar sales and if you glance over at our sold section you will see we‘ve done a heck of a job. However we always knew tat new guitar sales were in our future, and today we are proud to announce that we’ve decided to become a Boulder Creek Guitar stocking dealer. Like you I only recently heard of these guitars when but Boulder Creek was kind enough to send me one of their Solitaire models with the understanding that they would pay for shipping both ways if I didn’t like it, I couldn‘t resist. I took them up on their offer and well, I was very impressed to say the least. The fit an finish on these guitars is second to none and the setup was just about perfect. First thing you’ll notice on the Solitaire models is that the designers chose to move the sound hole to the top of the guitar facing the player. What you can’t see is the innovative bracing system which all but replaces traditional wood braces used on all other guitars with two aluminum tone-bars which not only serve to give these guitars their distinctive sound, but work to keep the top flat and stable under the harshest conditions. That along with the excellent electronics and a great hard-shell case make these guitars ideally suited for gigging musicians. We feel these are really outstanding instruments that will stand up to guitars costing three times as much, but hey, don’t take my word for it, if you are in the area come on in and try one.
